By listening to our customers needs we have developed a new, compact and eco friendly filtration trolley designed for ease of use for owners & operators and to provide low maintenance, long operating life and value for money trouble free filtering.
The robust steel framed trolley has four 7” wheels fitted with pneumatic tyres, 2 fixed and 2 steering, to provide excellent manoeuvrability, across all ground areas. A rubber bumper strip is incorporated around the platform to protect the trolley and to safeguard other equipment particularly door frames and walls. The handle can be detached for transportation. New Magnetic Micro Oil Filtration Unit
This portable filter rig has been designed specifically for companies who have high metal contamination in their oils. It is particularly effective for industries that use oil and oil based products in the metal working industry, e.g. Saw Sharpening, Blade Sharpening, Metal Washing, Drill Bit Manufacturing, CNC Engineering, Quench Oils etc.
The robust magnetic filter removes the metal particles prior to the oil entering the micro filtration filters. The two unit rig is capable of over 700 litres per hour (based on 32 sec oil) and is fitted with a heavy duty mono screw pump and motor. The motor is available as 240v, 110v or air driven. The unit is fitted with a pressure relief switch, pressure gauge, isolator switch, on/off control and power indicator lights, single, twin or four filter variations, suction and return lines and a strong tubular steel trolley. Extensive trials have proved the efficiency, economic value and reliability of this product. Individual units can also be built to specification for permanent installation. |

Custom Built Filtration Units
Individually designed and purpose built to machinery oil volume specifications. Each unit is tailor made complete with mounting platform, all switches, electrics, pump and motor to suit the machinery. These can also be painted to match the existing machinery.
These are ‘stand alone’ units which take a feed and return from/to tank and can be operated by simply switching on and off when required, connected to a timer or to the main power supply so that the unit runs when the machine is running.
As an added safety feature for the event of any oil leakage and to comply with companies Health & Safety procedures, a self contained sealed mounting base can also be specified which contains a float switch that will automatically turn off the power supply.
Units can also be fitted as a by-pass system using the machines own pumped circuit. |

Hydraulic Unit
Single Hydraulic by-pass filtration unit. These can also be fitted as multiple units dependant on the volume of oil in the system. This ‘high pressure’ oil filter can be fitted on the ‘by-pass’ basis to hydraulic systems, compressors, or any system with oil at pressure up to 3000psi. The flow is controlled to approximately 4 litres per minute at 40psi. This rate is low enough to have negligible effect on most system pressures, yet high enough to ensure that the oil is kept in ‘as new’ condition. Engine Unit
These remote mounted units give easy access for servicing and are available in different sizes for variable quantities of oil. These units can extend oil life up to 10 times its normal life reducing costly oil and filter changes. These filter units will remove particles down to less than 1 micron compared to standard in line OEM filter performance of between 25 & 40 microns. Tolerance levels of engine moving parts averages 3 microns

Micron Filtration Unit
The Micron Filtration Unit is a multi-purpose fluid cleaning and transfer rig, which is available in a variety of styles and sizes. The system can be used to clean most mineral oils such as hydraulic, gear and transmission, diesel type fuels and many other soluble oils and fluids. In its static form it can be permanently connected to large fluid reservoirs where machines and engines are in constant use. As a mobile trolley it has a wide variety of uses, such as fuel tank purging for boats and lorries, oil and fuel transfer and rotational cleaning of factory machinery. Air pre-cleaner
An inexpensive installation that replaces the air intake rain cap, and removes airborne contaminants before reaching the engines air filter. A particularly ideal solution to reduce service and maintenance problems in excessively dirty and dusty working environments. The benefits are that the KLEENAIR filter requires no maintenance, the standard air filter will last longer and therefore reduce element replacement and maintenance costs, reduce engine wear and an increase fuel efficiency. As much as 90% of particles above 10 microns will be ejected by the KLEENAIR filter. There are 12 different units available in a C.F.M. range from 20 to 2000 with air intake dimensions starting at 1.5” (38mm) up to 9” (230mm) |

Filters
The filters for the KLEENOIL range of products absorb all free and emulsified water and gradually remove contaminant particles down to less than ISO 14/9 or NAS 1638 class 6 equivalent. The filters extend oil life through the removal of the oxidization catalysts and at the same time extend the machine components life |

Magnetic Filter
Magnetic Filtration Units for systems contaminated with ferrous metals, ideal for industries that use oil as a process for saw sharpening, CNC machines, drill manufacture, metal cooling, lathes etc. Also ideal for test bed machinery as any metal produced can be seen and analysed. The powerful rare earth magnet removes the metal particles and extends the oil life and the clear filter bowl gives good visual inspection of contamination. Suitable for systems of maximum 8.5 bar (125 psi) and maximum temperature of 80°C. |
