Ancon test their steel bar products using a Losenhausen Tensile Testing machine. Ancon had experienced problems with contamination which was affecting the operation of the moog valves. FA-ST supplied oil sampling & analysis to determine the contamination levels ISO19/16 and the condition of the FUCHS Huz 46 hydraulic oil. FA-ST then designed an additional filtration system to fit to the machine.
This is a self powered unit which takes oil from the main tank and returns it to tank. It is independently operated and is also fitted with a quick coupling additional suction line so that, when required, new oil can be filtered into the machine. The unit has a pressure relief switch, pressure gauge, isolator switch, on/off switch and a monoscrew heavy duty motor and pump. The filter frame was designed to fit the existing framework and color coded to match the existing paintwork.
