Armac Demolition recently purchased 2 new Caterpillar 345C from Finning UK Ltd. These machines weigh in at 62 ton as they are fitted with 12 ton counterweights and use 8 ton shears for heavy demolition work. Other attachments include extension arms, a range of different basket grabs and concrete crackers. Both machines have been fitted with by pass filtration units to the hydraulic systems. The machines work all round the UK on demolition work in very harsh and dusty environments. The filtration units ensure that the hydraulic oil is kept in good condition and help to reduce component failures and maintenance service time.
